My name is Imi Hudson and I studied 2D Animation at the University of Hertfordshire where I graduated in September 2024 with Second Class Honours. I am a 2D Generalist which means I can do anything from Concept Art and Character Design to Animation and Editing, I enjoy the whole pipeline! I like to create fun and wacky things but I am always looking to put some heart into the projects I do, I am the creator of a short film called 'A Mermaid's Checklist' which has been featured in 7 film festivals around the world and was a finalist in the 'Rookie of the Year' category of The Rookies Awards 2024. I am currently working on my new short film 'Painterly' and recently finished a Character Design Mentorship with Caleb Staker for which I produced a redesign of Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium. I am currently looking for industry work, so if you enjoy my work I hope you'll consider bringing me on to your project!
